Budgeti is a mobile application developed by Saoric to help users manage projects, expenses, receipts, and budgets simply and privately.
We respect your privacy. Budgeti does not collect or store your personal data on its own servers.
The app lets users locally store information such as projects, categories, budgets, statistics, receipts, receipt images, archived PDF documents, preferences, and company name corrections.
This data is stored on your device, using the Hive local database and the app's file storage. Budgeti does not operate its own server and does not automatically transmit your budget, receipt, or project data to a Saoric server.
Budgeti uses Google ML Kit and Document Scanner to recognize text from receipts or documents and make expense entry easier.
When supported by the platform, text recognition is performed locally on the device. Budgeti does not automatically send your receipts or documents to Saoric servers, and no copy of your receipts is stored on our servers.
Budgeti can create exports, PDF reports, CSV files, and full backups. A full backup may include your projects, categories, receipts, images, archived PDFs, and local app data.
These files are created only when you request them. You choose where to save or share them, for example in your phone storage, in a file app, on Nextcloud, on Google Drive, by email, or through another compatible app.
If you send or store these files in a third-party app or service, their processing is governed by that service's privacy policy. Budgeti does not access the content after it has been transferred to the service chosen by the user.
The free version of Budgeti displays ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads may use advertising identifiers or technical information according to Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Ads are automatically removed after purchasing the Pro version. Budgeti does not sell your personal data.
Budgeti offers a single purchase to unlock the Pro version. The purchase is handled by the official store of the relevant platform, such as Google Play Billing on Android or Apple App Store / StoreKit on iOS.
No payment or banking information is collected, processed, or stored by Budgeti. The app may verify or restore the Pro purchase through the platform's purchase service in order to unlock Pro features on a compatible device.
No analytics service such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics is currently used by Budgeti.
Data created in Budgeti remains on your device until you delete it, delete the related projects, clear the app data, or uninstall Budgeti.
You can export your data and delete it at any time. Because Budgeti does not store your personal data on its own servers, most GDPR rights, such as access, portability, and deletion, can be exercised directly in the app or through your device settings.

The application is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind. Despite all efforts to ensure its reliability, errors, bugs, or malfunctions may occur. The developer cannot be held responsible for any data loss, device damage, or any consequence resulting from the use of the app.
It is recommended to create regular backups if you wish to keep important data. In case of issues, fixes and updates will be provided as soon as reasonably possible through official updates.
